Weekly Class Schedule for February 2012
Sundays
8-9:30 a.m., Anusara Yoga, All Levels, with Karunamayi.
9:45 a.m.-noon, Feb. 5 only. Partner Yoga Workshop: The Dance of Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine. Exploring energetics, asana and meditation with Divine and Beloved. Instructed by Karunamayi. $75 per couple; all levels welcome. Download flyer at top of page.
4:30-6 p.m., Feb. 5 only. Hawaiian Chanting and Meditation with Kumu Hula Ana Nawahine-Kahoopii, at Karunamayi's home. Potluck follows. By donation. See Karunamayi for details.
6:15-8:15 p.m., Feb. 19 only. Maha Shiva Ratri Celebration, with chanting and meditation, at Karunamayi's home. See Karunamayi for details.
Mondays
8:15-9:45 a.m., Beginning/Level 1, Anusara Yoga with Karunamayi.
10-11 a.m., Gentle Yoga with Karunamayi.
5:30-7 p.m., Levels 1 & 2, Anusara Yoga with Jim.
Tuesdays
8:15-9:45 a.m., Practice with the Teacher, an invigorating led yoga practice with Karunamayi. Level 2: Must be able to kick up into handstand at the wall and do a backbend in the middle of the room.
Wednesdays
8:15-9:45 a.m., All Levels, Anusara Yoga with Karunamayi.
10-11 a.m., Gentle Yoga with Karunamayi.
5:30-7 p.m., Levels 1 & 2, Anusara Yoga with Jim.
4:30-6:30 p.m., Feb. 22 only. At Ramashala in Pahoa: One for Our World: Anusara and Devotional Music with visiting artist Steve Gold, Boaz on Tabla and Karunamayi teaching Anusara yoga. $25.
Thursdays
11:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m. Tai Chi with Cathleen.
5:15-6:30 p.m., Anusara Yoga, Level I, with Karunamayi.
Fridays
